Scope

These documents apply to the services provided at moa.place and its subdomains: the shared account (id.moa.place), account management (id.moa.place/account), Koroute (koroute.moa.place), WellHour (wellhour.moa.place) and the corresponding mobile apps.

The corporate website (www.moaplace.com) has no sign-up and collects no personal data from visitors, so it carries its own separate privacy policy.

Version archive

Each document states its effective date. So that you can read the exact text you agreed to when you registered, every dated version stays available after it is superseded:

• /en/terms/<effective-date>.html — for example /en/terms/2026-08-01.html
• /en/privacy/<effective-date>.html

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy addresses above always point to the version currently in force. For the full list of past versions and what changed in each, see the version history.
